The space was always designed to be a comforting and safe space, focusing on individuality, wellbeing and occasionally some hair, haha!
I remember a discussion I had with my partner Jordan 3 years ago as we rebooted our brand. We said; it's not a transaction, it's a relationship. Something I refer back to whenever we need to realign.
