Cancellation policy

In order to confirm your online booking at Curated Hair we require a card authentication. We will not charge at this stage, as we only verify the details in the event of a no-show or if you cancel or change to your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment is due to start.

Changes and cancellations within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50.00% of the booking. There will be no fee for changes or cancellations to your appointments before the 24 hour window.

Appointments booked via the telephone will not require card authentication, however the same 24 hour cancellation policy will apply.
