SALTED CARAMEL RUM HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPIE
this hot chocolate recipe is such a favourite amongst our clients we have brought it back for the 3rd year in a row! Plus or minus the rum, it's delicious either way!
Ingredients
25ml dark rum
2 tsp dulce de leche or thick caramel
150ml whole milk
50g milk chocolate, chopped
Method
STEP 1
In a small bowl, mix together the rum and the dulce de leche until smooth then set aside.
STEP 2
Warm the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat until simmering. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate and stir until melted. Pop the pan back on the heat until warm then add the rum mixture and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Pour into a mug and serve.
DECORATIONS
The salon has been given a festive makeover, we hope you like it! This year we have hung our lights inspired by the many plants with have. Our scent has been given a festive touch too. Look out for notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
